Returns:

All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

Shipping outside USA/Canada:

Do not use the website to order internationally. Email me a list of the items you want to buy and I’ll reply with the estimated international shipping cost.

Items with 0 shipping (digital classes, tutorials, PDFs) are safe to order on the website. Stickers are also safe to order internationally.

Are you buying multiple items that are not stickers? Instead of using the buy buttons on this website, email me a list of what you want to purchase and I will be able to send you a custom PayPal invoice with a lower shipping price.

Tariffs, Fees, Taxes, VAT, etc:

Physical items ship from Canada. Your country may charge sales taxes, duty, or tariffs when your package arrives. Usually small value packages (less than $50 USD) go through customs for free – but not always. Know your country’s rules.

Customs fees are your responsibility. Packages destroyed at the border due to unpaid fees will not be refunded.

Incorrect Address:

Items ship to the address you provide on PayPal. It’s up to you to make sure this address is current and correct. If you realize an address mistake after paying, the only thing you can do is email me right away and hope it’s seen before your package shipping label prints.
